Terms and Conditions
When you submit an order to the Meva Store you are automatically accepting the terms and conditions as set out below. These terms and conditions can change without notice.
All efforts are made to ensure an accurate description of our items and quality photos are used to capture design and colour. Colours are as true as we can make them but will depend on the quality of the device you are using.
Each item requires special care for its specific fabric and embellishments. Take care of them according to the care label, and if the item can be ironed – keep the heat down low.
We display our costs in Australia Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Products and costs can change at any time and without notice.
Paypal and Credit Cards are accepted through Big Cartel’s secure checkout. If you would prefer to use a direct transfer or other payment method please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping and Taxes
We want you to receive your Meva items as soon as possible and every effort is made to ship items within 2-5 business days.
We use Australia Post to ship our items however arrival times will depend on the shipping provider and timetable in your region. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
If you are an international buyer your country may charge customs or import duties or other fees. These fees are not included in the item or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your country isn’t listed for shipping, we can give you a shipping quote – just contact us!
Meva complies with Australian Consumer Law. If you want to return a product you will need to let us know and we need to receive the item within 14 days of purchase to issue an exchange or in-store credit.
We are happy to provide an exchange or in-store credit on an item that is an incorrect size. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed and otherwise unused. Don’t forget to try shoes on in a carpeted area; we can’t accept returns on worn shoes. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
Choice of a full refund, in-store credit or exchange is offered for a product that is faulty. Once the item has been returned the refund, in-store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. The finalisation of refund payments may vary depending on bank processing times.
To make a return, please contact the Meva Team at email@example.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and the item must be received at Meva within 14 days of purchase.
All efforts are made by the Meva Team to make sure our items are safe for your babe. However once you have received your order, the safety and use of our products then become your full responsibility and are used at your own risk.
Meva has applied for Trademark registration. Please be aware that using the Meva name or logo will incur legal action as will any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this webstore without written consent.
The information collected during checkout will only be used by Meva for the purpose of delivering your item/s to you. No unsolicited information will be sent to you and your information will not be released or sold to any external entities.
